訃報：Boris Yeltsin氏

ロシアの前大統領Boris Yeltsin氏が亡くなりました。
ご冥福をお祈りします。

世界情勢に関心を持つようになった頃の各国の指導者たちが、
政治の表舞台を去り始めたのが数年前のこと。
最近は、彼らの訃報を耳にするようになってきました。

時代は移り、世界は変わる。
時折、このことを痛感させる出来事が起こります。
